Putting Contest- Test your touch with a long, challenging putt! Players can enter for $10 per attempt or 3 attempts for $20. The player who finishes closest to the hole—or sinks the putt—wins. In the event of a tie, a sudden-death playoff will determine the winner. The contest will begin at 11am and close at 11:30am.

ASHRAE Assist Pack- $100 Per Team- Give your team a competitive edge while supporting a great cause! Each team can purchase the ASHRAE Assist Pack, which includes several game-boosting perks to use during your round:

One 6 ft “gimme” string – count a putt within 6 feet as holed

One Par 5 of your choice forward tees boost – tee off from the forward tees on a Par 5

One throw from anywhere on the course

One “foot wedge” – improve your lie

Two mulligans per team
Use them strategically and have some fun while gaining an advantage on the course!
We welcome all skill levels. The tournament will be played as a Best Ball competition, also known as a Scramble. Each player of the four-person team hits from the tee. The team then makes their next set of shots from where the best ball landed. This process continues until the ball is in the hole. A par or bogey max will be implemented in the interest of time and as recommended by the hosting golf course.

If using the PDF registration form, please send your registration form to kyler.asia@carrier.com along with information regarding payment. Please pay using either the SPASHRAE website, PayPal or bring your payment the day of the golf tournament.

Event Information:
This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, 2025
Check-in begins at 10:00AM, lunch provided at 11:00AM, and golf begins with a shotgun start at 12:00PM.
The cost for this event is $125 per player, or $500 a team, which includes:
•18 holes of golf with riding cart
•Lunch
• 1 raffle ticket and 2 drink tickets
There will be Mulligans available for purchase online and on site. Door prizes will also be awarded.

Platinum Sponsor: $2,750.00 (Includes fee for a team of four golfers, name & logo on registration table and score board and hole sponsorship for Fall and Spring Tournament)
Gold Sponsor: $1,850.00 (Includes fee for a team of four golfers, name & logo on registration table and score board and hole sponsorship for Fall Tournament)
Bronze Sponsor: $550.00 (Includes (1) hole sponsorship for spring and fall outing)
Swag Bag Sponsor: $1,550.00 (Includes custom company golf ball and custom golf tees & markers to be given to each player in a bag, company can add other swag into the bag, this will be put together by ASHRAE Chapter
Engineering Sponsor: $1,250.00 (Includes (1) fall or spring golf outing team, (1) hole sponsorship fall or spring (+100 to add to both outings)
Tournament Sponsor: $450.00 (Includes + name & logo at registration and on score board, hole sponsorship & company table setup)
