Tournament Sponsor includes signage displayed at check-in and on scoreboard. If there are S.W.A.G. items you would like to give out at the event, please reach out to the RP Chair at erica.powell@tranetechnologies.com so that we can coordinate the giveaway of those items. Hole sponsorship includes hole signage at a hole on the golf course. It also allows the sponsor to set up a table at the hole if they so choose.
Add on of $250 for hole sponsorship.

Annual RP Fall Golf Tournament!

We welcome all skill levels. The tournament will be played as a Best Ball competition, also known as a Scramble. Each player of the four-person team hits from the tee. The team then makes their next set of shots from where the best ball landed. This process continues until the ball is in the hole.

Simply click on the event name on the home page and you will be directed to an online registration form. If using the PDF registration form, please send your registration form to erica.powell@tranetechnologies.com along with information regarding payment. Please pay using either the SPASHRAE website, PayPal or bring your payment the day of the golf tournament.

Event Information:

This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, October 19th 2022

Check-in begins at 10:00AM, boxed lunch provided at 11:00PM, and golf begins with a shotgun start at 12:00PM.

The cost for this event is $100 per player, or $400 a team, which includes:

•18 holes of golf with riding cart

•Lunch

•T2 Mulligans per player

• 2 prize tickets and 2 drink tickets

There will be Tee Busters and Mulligans available for purchase on site. Door prizes will also be awarded.

Platinum Sponsor: $2500.00 (Includes fee for a team of four golfers, name & logo on registration table and score board and hole sponsorship for Fall and Spring Tournament)

Gold Sponsor: $1500.00 (Includes fee for a team of four golfers, name & logo on registration table and score board and hole sponsorship for Fall Tournament)

Tournament Sponsor: $500.00 (Includes + name & logo at registration and on score board)

Hole Sponsor: $ 250.00 (Includes Company name + logo sign at hole)

Golf attire is required. Collared shirts and slacks. No steel spikes are allowed on the course.
